Weyes Blood has launched a model new single ‘Grapevine’. Test it out beneath.
Taken from her forthcoming album ‘And In The Darkness, Hearts Aglow’, set for launch November 18 by way of Sub Pop, Weyes Blood’s newest single is an epic street track set alongside the famed stretch of Southern California’s Interstate 5.
Talking in regards to the that means behind ‘Grapvine’, Weyes Blood’s Natalie Mering sid: “Know-how is harvesting our consideration away from one another. All of us have a ‘Grapevine’ entwined round our previous with unresolved wounds and ache.
“Being in love doesn’t essentially imply being collectively. Why else achieve this many love songs yearn for a connection?”
‘Grapevine’ follows on from earlier single ‘It’s Not Simply Me, It’s All people’ – a track about interconnectivity and “the fraying of society round us”.
