You Me At Six have introduced that they are going to be holding “wakes” forward of their closing run of UK dates on their farewell tour.

The band not too long ago introduced their cut up after 20 years collectively, and unveiled particulars of a farewell tour earlier this 12 months. Comprised of Matt Barnes, Josh Franceschi, Max Helyer, Chris Miller and Dan Flint, the Weybridge rockers took to their official Instagram account to share that they’re planning on “wakes” for the ultimate dates of their tour.

NME beforehand spoke to the band about their incoming cut up, the place frontman Josh Franceschi defined that the two-decade milestone had “at all times been our end line” for the band.

He went on to say that YMAS “wish to play for over two hours” at their closing gigs, including: “We wish to have about 40-50 songs which can be all rehearsed in order that we are able to combine it up each evening.
