Rock legends Monster Magnet announce thirty fifth anniversary UK tour
American rock legends Monster Magnet have introduced a thirty fifth anniversary tour of the UK and Europe – see the total record of dates under.
Yesterday (Might 7), the band took to social media to announce the tour, which can happen between September and October, and can see the veterans play over 20 dates together with pageant appearances.
Stops on the tour embody Manchester, Glasgow, London, Paris, Milan, Copenhagen, Warsaw, Berlin and lots of extra. Tickets to the tour go on sale this Friday (Might 10) at 9am BST and will be bought here.
The band’s frontman Dave Wyndorf mentioned of the upcoming tour through a press launch: “Sizzling rattling! 35 years and it feels gooood! In fact, this celebration is not going to be spent by us hanging round our houses huddled over some cake with too many candles on it. We gotta get on that bus and blow out some severe noise in a number of places! It’s known as a tour. The Monster Magnet thirty fifth anniversary European Tour to be actual.”
Monster Magnet fashioned in 1989 in New Jersey, New York, and are thought-about by many to be pioneers of the stoner rock sound. Their fourth album, ‘Powertrip’, broke into the charts in 1998 and went gold inside simply six months. That album spawned the hit, ‘Area Lord’.
The band have launched 14 studio albums up to now, with the latest being the 2022 effort, ‘Check Patters: Vol. 1’.
